Using XP Pro and Office 2003 fully updated. With a doc, wpd, or pdf open and
attempting to send any of them as a fax, erratically the conversion process
will run sucessfully. Other times, the conversion to tiff starts but the
program bar disappears before finishing, leaving no error. I have rebooted
(no change) and also uninstalled and reinstalled fax program several times.
Modem has latest driver.
Any thoughts?
Its discontinued now though so I am not sure if they support it - should do
