Explorer Freezes

Hi ,
Just a Simple question, when i open or run any program all of the
Explorer.exe processes freeze and unfreeze when the program is up? Normally
it didn't freeze...

It may be a simple question but there is no simple answer because we
don't know anything about your computer. The cause of your issues could
be software or hardware.

For software troubleshooting, start by answering The First Question Of
Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things worked and the
time they didn't?

Then answer The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

If the computer is clean and you can't figure out what changed, then do
