Default Error message

Hi.
Could you help in identifying an error message. I get it on regular basis:
0x02a2fac4?
What does it mean and how can I fix it?

Thanks
Dom

What is the exact wording of the error message? What is the format? When
does it occur? How do you get around it? What is the history of this
problem? When did this problem start? What changed between the time this
error wasn't present and when it appeared?
