Editing a DVD

Hi,

I need to edit a DVD. This is a DVD we had produced for a commercial
my company ran and we want to edit it. Actually, all we want are the
first two minutes. Does anyone know any downloadable (and free)
software that can edit VOB files? Windows or Linux

Why ask here? XP has zero ability to edit DVDs in ANY way. NONE.
