My C: and D: drives are a matching pair of 160G. At one time they were set
up as a RAID mirror configuration but that crashed and I decided to use them
as separate drives. Currently, in the Disk Management window one is
identified as a Basic drive and the other as a Dynamic drive. What is the
difference, and is that a good thing or a bad thing?

So, the bottom line is that my "Dynamic" (D drive can stay that way and
can be used for simple storage without any problems now or in the future,
correct? I should just leave it alone. (I'm using XP Professional)
Thanks.
