after ive downloaded a file and ive followed the on screen instructions and
saved it .But when i go to open the file it flashes a miili sec and thats it

You have not informed us of what type (format) the file is, like xxxx.exe,
xxxx.jpg, or xxxx.dll, etc. Whithout that info, no help can be provided.

What's the file - an program executable or what? Where are you getting it
from? Does it happen with all files? Is this a new and sudden problem?
