Default DNS Suffix

Is is possible to create a batch file to add DNS suffix information to a
workstation when the user clicks on the batch file?

On what batch file? What do you mean by "DNS suffix information"?
Please try to be clearer about what you want to accomplish.

I would like to create a script or batch file that would add DNS suffix
information such as companyx@companyx.com, companyad.root to a workstation.
