Default Deleting a user profile in XP

Under Control Panel - System - User Profiles - Settings, The user profile
that I want to delete has the delete option masked. Is there someway I can
delete that profile?
Thank you,

It's grayed out because the profile is locked. Reboot in
Safe Mode, then delete it.
