You have Windows XP Home Edition installed... Gotcha.
You have lost the original CD for Windows XP Home edition... Gotcha.
You *need* said missing CD to 'download' a game ...
I assume you mean download & install or just install...?
Why do you *need* the Windows XP Home edition to download/install a game?
What tells you that this is the case?
What game is this?
What does your last question mean?
(How do I copy from mine?)
This post is ridiculous. The sender lost their brain as well as their disc

Leaving aside why you need it to do a download, you might get a copy
if you got the original from your OEM, and you ask nicely.

Most often one can download the game file from the game maker.
