Default Configuring outlook express 2003 for cellphone internet connection

Hi Group
I am rather perplexed how to configure outlook express so that I
can use POP3 mail instead of the webmail. I am currently connected to
the internet using GSM cellular phone modem.
As its a cellular network and not similar to a land line or cable
connection I am at a loss how to configure my mail for this
connection.
Does anybody have any experience in this area.?
Thanks in Advance
Roy

Check your ISPs website. They should have instructions on how to
enable POP Mail and the inbound/outbound server names to setup
in your mail client. Check carefully for port numbers as many ISP's
use a non-standard port for email.
