Default computer restarts after going from standby/hibernate

When I start my computer from standby/hibernate, it boots up, shows user
desktop a then shuts down immediately without asking me anthing... I have
this problem about one month, before was everything ok.. I dont remember now,
what I done before this problem, because I dont use hibernate/standby very
often.

Sure...sounds like a corrupt hibernation file. Delete the hibernation file,
and let it re-create itself. To do this turn off hibernation in your power
policy
manager (Control Panel, Power Options, Hibernation tab).

If you turn off the hibernation, and it doesn't delete the file
automatically (hidden file in c:\ called hiberfil.sys) you might need to
boot into the computer in safe mode and delete it manually.

I have never used Standby or Hibernation, but recently I was playing around
with Power Options and put my computer into Standby but could not find out
how to bring it out of Standy. Can you explain how I do that?

Well if it is working, the power switch is usually what brings it back.
