Computer Restart at Shutdown

About 2 months ago I posted a problem with Windows XP "Computer Restarts at
Shutdown" I have seen quite a few comments on this problem and nobody came up
with a fix for this situation. Well today my computer crashed again and I
got an answer from Sony. I had installed Sony Pakage Version 1.8 Software
with a USB Driver a few months ago and when I got a Windows update last
February that is when I started to have this problem. Now Sony will
investigate this issue and will make a downloadable update to solve this
problem. Until this Picture Package software is available I need to
uninstall the USB driver for the camcorder DCR-DVD203: now I have done so
and I have full control of my computer. I hope this will help some one who
have the same probem with Sony Camcorders Software.
