Change AutoPlay from default action of CD/DVD drive

Right now if I double click the drive letter of one of my CD/DVD drives,
autoplay kicks in. If I right click the drive letter, "AutoPlay"
appears as the top menu item and default action.

How can I change this to something else, such as "Explore" or "Open",
which was the default previously?

Note to the many people who copy/paste replies without bothering to
read: I'm not asking how to disable autoplay itself. That IS disabled.
Discs do not autoplay when inserted--only when I double click the drive
letter.
