cd icon loads xp startup

Lately when I boot up Xo, the cd icon loads in the taskbar and then
the windows pops up to tell me what files are ready to burn in my e:
drive...how do I disable this?

Click on the balloon or icon and an Explorer window will open. Click
"Delete Temporary files".
