Default cd Burning Problem

I am using Windows XP with SP2.

Now whenever I try to burn cd I get the following error message:

"Power Calibration Error".

Further when I insert blank cd and go to properties whole image is in blue,
and it shows:

used space 0 bytes

free space 0 bytes

does this have any relation with my not being able to burn cd's.

Your help in this regard will be of great help to me.

Thanks.

What does "whole image is in blue" mean?

Hi J&C,

Have a look at: http://www.gidforums.com/t-904.html and see if this explains
your problem. The Error is or could be caused by use of sub-grade Drive
media.
