Cant read GIF in IE

When i open a website to download the animated emoticons, the images should
be animating but it is not .. So wat should I do. .. I first I though it was
the Zonealarm anti virus, but I unload the programe and restart my computer.
The problem still remains.. ;(

Do you mean you download them and when you are reviewing them they are not
animated?.
With what Program are you reviewing them?.
