Give one of the URLs as an example. Explain what "a Q come up" means.

You say you can't play flash from sites. Now you are talking about
quicktime. Do you have it installed?

What browser are you using?

OK, I went to that site but I can't attempt to play any of the videos
without signing up and I'm certainly not going to do that. So here are
some suggestions:

1. Go to Add/Remove Programs and see if there are any entries for Java
other than JRE 6u2. If there are, uninstall them. Install JRE 6u2 from here:

http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

2. Go to www.apple.com and download/install the latest version of QuickTime.

3. I would have to know what format the streaming video is which you
can't view. Look on that particular website for requirements and
download whatever you need.

4. The website you gave me uses a lot of Javascript (not Java) also.
Perhaps if you are using IE7 to view these things there are some
security settings preventing you from doing what you like. If you are
using IE7, you can ask questions about it here:

microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

5. You can also try with a different browser. Firefox is excellent. Get
it at www.mozilla.com. You will need to download the Flash plugin for it
but when you go to a page needing it there will be a link so you don't
need to do this separately.

Quicktime is not Flash, it's completely different and needs a separate
player. You can download a free player here:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
