Default Cannot Access msvcp80.dll file Message

I just completed a Windows Update which loaded NET3.0 to my computer. I
later ran Norton Windoctor which reported that
"C:\Windows\System32\icardagt.exe cannot access necessary file msvcp80.dll"
(and msvcr80.dll). I ran a seach and found both files in my
"C:\Windows\System32\WinSxS\x86 Microsoft.VC80.CRT_1f..... folder).

Do I need to copy and paste these files straight to my "C:\Windows\System32
folder, since they are not being found in the current folder? I have read
several posts about this problem after completing a Windows Update installing
NET3.0.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Mac

Remove your Norton/Symantec crapware.
