It gives me the option of deleting it at the next boot but after the boot it
is still there.
I have Computer Administrator privileges.
And as I said I tried username Administrator.
But could it be that some how there are more privileges required

Wow! It must be set at System privileges! You can try safe mode, but I
wouldn't hold your breath. Next I would try changing the privileges. If
that fails, I would try a boot disc like BartPE (free), WinPE, or some
like some Linux Live CDs. Although the latter *most* can't have write
access. So be careful. Can add it to another computer and delete it that
way too, not guaranteed to work though.
I did it in safe mode.
But am not sure it was the safe mode that did it.
I noticed in the properties that I could change the owner.
Was that because I was in safe mode or did I just happen to notice it then?
Any way, I changed the owner to me and then deleted them OK.

This is waht I told David:

Glad you got rid of it! Safe mode is always worth a shot and it is
really good when it comes to uninstalling. As most third party programs
can't be running. Thus it is easier to get rid of. And BartPE and the
like, is really nice to help you in an emergency. So it is nice to have
handy just in case.
