Can't keep wallpaper on desktop

Hi... I hope someone can help with my question. I am unable to keep
wallpaper at work. I believe the IT department changed some sort of settings
so that our PCs operate better and also we were told our phone call are
monitored by a program called NICE and this might have something to do with
it. I don't know.

I can set up wallpaper and it stays for about 2 minutes and then just
disappears.

Does anyone know of any easy solution or a setting that needs changed so
that we can keep wallpaper on our desktop?

I'd really appreciate any help.

No, sorry. Whatever your IT Dept. has done will prevent you from making
changes. If this is seriously important to you, take it up with them.

The way the company is behaving these days it wouldn't surprise if they did
