I added the caculator to the quicklaunch section of my toolbar. Then I
decided that I wanted to pin it to the start menu instead. So I removed the
calculator from the quick launch section and now it has disappeared from the
Start-> All Programs-> Accessories menu. How do I put it back there?

Jim,
Right click your Desktop, and select: New -> Shortcut
Type the location of the item:
%SystemRoot%\system32\calc.exe
and press Next button.
Type a name for this shortcut:
Calculator
and press Finish button.
Move this shortcut to Start-> All Programs-> Accessories folder by
mouse: move it to Start button, wait a few seconds (don't release mouse
button), move it to "All Programs" item when it will appear, wait a few
seconds (don't release mouse button), move it to "Accessories" item when
it will appear, wait a few seconds (don't release mouse button), move it
to the bottom of the expanded "Accessories" at the right, and release
mouse button.
