Default BSOD/Error Message

I'm getting the below error & BSOD on startup of my PC with Windows XP SP2.
Just suddenly started, nothing attached or installed. Have tried System
Restore as much as 1 week back. PC will go into Safe Mode and that's where
I'm able to do SR from.
Here is error on BSOD:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

***STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x804DC11D)

Any suggestions/help?

Thanks, Bill
