To start DCOMCNFG.EXE on Windows XP or Windows 2003:
Click Start.
Click Run.
Type dcomcnfg in the open input field.
Click OK. The Component Services Window opens.
Expand Component services.
Expand Computers.
Expand My Computer.
Click the DCOM Config node.
