Boot Hard disk doest not show in Disk Management console

Boot Hard disk does not show in Disk Management console but secondary drive
shows two drives for one hard disk. mount vol also shows duplicate guid.
Additionally, my event log viewer id had and event id called:12507.

Try run,type:cmd In cmd typeiskPart In DiskPart,type:list disk Type:
list volume Type:HELP for all cmds

Hi, it says
Volume ### LTR FS Type Size
Volume 0 G NTFS Simple 298GB
Volume 1 D DVD-ROm
Volume 2 E DVDROM
Volume 3 H Dvdrom
Volume 4 NTFS

Funny thing is it lists, the C: drive on My computer but i get two duplicate
drive letters for the G drive (Ie two letters for one hard disk).

Mountvol also lists a duplicate entry.
