Default Bluedump from USB Audio Device in presence of Realtek HD Audio

New laptop with Realtek HD Audio on motherboard. Win XP/SP2 PRO + all
current updates. 1GB Ram. Skype latest version, Realtek latest driver
version.
Incoming calls no problem, outgoing calls using Realtek no problem.
Make an outgoing call using a Logitech USB headset and system
blue-screens after two minutes.
Logitech do not offer drivers because usbaudio.sys comes with XP.
An MS-MVP has told me this is because these two drivers use the same
address space, and the solution is to make the headset the chosen
device in Control Panel Sounds as well as Skype, but I want to be able
to listen to the radio via the built-in speakers.
Surely MS must know about this, but where is the updated driver ?
