That .sys file you referenced, is that really the name of it? If it is, it
appears you've been hit with a virus....
The stop code you posted appears to be an error with the NTFS.SYS driver,
which is needed to read ... your hard drive. So, either 1) you definitely
have a virus or 2) your hard drive is failing or 3) you probably have a
corrupted or incompatible driver (see www.scribd.com/doc/1017139/0x00000024
for more information)
Can you boot into Safe Mode?

I can get into the computer using last known good configuration, Ive scanned
for viruses with 3 different scanners but nothing found
