Could be worse - had a client who received an email support reply from MS in
Redmond sent from a mac. Who knew?

Um, whenever I try to access Windows Updates, rather than get the update site
I get the aforementioned message from Microsoft to go to the macsupport area.

FWIW, I'm not on a Mac and I don't care if everyone at MS up to and
including Gates is on a Mac. I need some support help on this issue for my
PC and was hoping to find it in this forum.

Have you tried deleting your cookie file and then going to MS update?

Thanks, I gave it a try but it didn't cure the problem.
