Default Any way to turn off the "error report" function?

Keep getting this error report for a "CTF loader". I send it to them
but it keeps popping up.

Any way to disable this annoying thing or who do I contact at
Microsoft to acknowledge
the error report and turn it off at their end?

This has to do with Office (Word). Uncheck it from
Start/Run/Msconfig/Startup.

More info on how to remove it:

Also see line 385: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
