Default Any installshield product causes NTLDR is Missing on sysprep'd PCs

I recently created a multiplatform image, and it works great with anything
but installshield products. Any time software that uses installshield is
run, it severely fragments the hard drive and I get "NTLDR is missing" on the
next reboot. This does not happen if the software is installed prior to
sysprep, only after running sysprep. Any ideas?

thanks!!!!

problem my xp machine won't boot up, the ntldr message is the same, any
suggestions on what to do now?
