Default After shutdown, the message "Closing Network Connections" appears

After shutdown, the message "Closing Network Connections" appears on the
screen even though I have never been on a network.
Would you agree that _all_ network services must not be disabled even though
I am never on a network?

The internet is a network connection.

But the computer I am refering to has NEVER been connected to the Internet
nor a network!
