Default address bar

my address bar flashes a lot, keeping me from working on the screen. Occurs
with IE; and while typing in search or another address bar on the screen,
print jumps to beginning of line on initial address bar at top of IE. Is
there an update or fix for this problem? What is causing this to happen?

You probably installed some malware on your browser, thinking it was
useful. What add-ins did you install recently, remove them.

I disabled some of the add-ons, it seems to be working. Thanks!

You're welcome, and be careful about the add-ons. Some can be dangerous
to your privacy and personal information.
