Default active screen/monitor edges

cursor travel goes beyond, let's say off the screen to the right and down
also. The top and LH side are fine, the cursor stops there, at the edge.

This is a product of the Hot Spot in the cursor. With the standard arrow pointer, the hot spot is in the top left corner of the pointer. Thus it appears to go off the screen on the right and bottom, while staying on the screen at the top and left side. This is normal behavior.
