acer aspire 5920

My notebook came with vista pre-loaded. I have been trying to do a clean
install of XP! I have had no luck! It says setup did not find any hard disk
drives! Can any one please help me!

Contact Acer support to see if your hardware is
compatible with the old Windows XP O/S.

Best bet for laptops is to use the OS it's designed for.
