2 colours on Title bar

Can anyone tell me why toe 2 colour title bar does no longer work?

I don't have the option to select a 2nd colour as it is greyed out. I have
32bit colour scheme but all my title bars are no a solid colour and i prefer
he gradient I used ot have.

I can't tell what has changed but I can't change it back.

Any help would be appreciated.
