Default XP Home editions freezes on recovery startup

Okay so basically i had an error that royally messed up my computer i had to
reinstall windows XP Home with three XP Home recovery CDs everything goes
GREAT Until i get to the Name Your Computer Part of the install. I dont press
anything except for next and it went sorta slow so i went out and watched tv,
came back hour later still didnt move went camping for 14 hours and it STILL
Didnt move, but i could still click on the help icon, (which tells me
nothing) So its frozen on that screen i have attempted the recovery 3 times
now can ANYONE Help me PLEASE!!
