XP English over XP Dutch (OEM version)

I have a four year old PC with the Dutch version of Windows XP that needs
some repair. Since the OEM version will only allow me to wipe system to
store-version (ie as new) I wanted to buy another XP disk to re-install. Will
this work ? And if I switch from Dutch version to English ?

To change the language version of your OS - you will be wiping everything
off the machine and installing the OS anew.

If you purchase a new (to you at least) Windows XP CD/license in the
language you desire to end-up with and perform a clean installation (after
backing up everything you wish to retain, naturally) - of course that should
work.
