wallpaper

my dad cleaned up my computer but for some reason it now wont let me have a
wallpaper on my desktop, only a colour. i cant even set photos to
backgrounds. can anyone help me?

When you say....your dae cleaned up your machine, what do you mean?

like antivirus clean up stuff...i dont know which one but when we restarted
the computer after, the wallpaper was gone. it comes up when u first start it
up but goes when the desktop has loaded.
