SP2 loaded and no access

I just loaded SP2 and now Outlook does not read the POP3, it doesn't
recognize my virus program, and I can't access the Internet. How do I get my
computer back into working order?

Do you get any errors when you try to collect your mail via pop?

What AV do you use? have you tried a removal and reinstall of this to check
if windows 'sees it' then?
