SMS ZTI and BDD help with USMT replace scenario

In the CustomSettings.ini I changed the migdata for USMT on to a diffrent
server so now it does not reside on my DP server. (DP= distribution Point)

Now When I publish the Old computer package with SMS to save user state from
an old PC to the network share, since it's not on the same server as the DP I
have a user creadential window that appears and waits for someone to had
their credential.

To actully see that window I had to change in sms program user can interact
with program

Now, I would think it would of used the SMS network access account... no ???
