Set up XP Home Edition on New Computer

When setting up Windows XP it reaches the EULA screen and stops. Pressing F8
does nothing, however It will let me reboot and read the EULA. Usung 250
Gigabyte hard disk and Pentium dual core 1.6 on ASrock M/B with 2 Gig Memory.
I have set up the m/b drivers and tried formatting H/d etc. Any Ideas what I
am diong wrong?
