Default Script to disable "compatibility mode" for an executable.

Hi All,
I have installed a program on 700-800 computers, some how this programs
executable is marked to run "compatibility mode", how can uncheck it from
running in "compatibility mode" through a script or bat file?, I know I can
manually uncheck the executable from running "compatibility mode", but a
script or a command line would easy the job. Please help

Regards,
