Default Repeated RIPREP "[file] could not be copied" Access Denied error

No matter which computer I try, I get a repeated error that goes like this:

[file] could not be copied because access to the file was denied. This time
will not be included in the new installation image."

This error happens repeatedly for more than half of the files on the
computer. It copies some of the files, but not all.. so what the h3ll is
going on? Thanks
