Programs that Start up

I have soo many programs that start up when restarting my computer. How do I
change the number of programs that "pop-up" when restarting??

there is an option to disable the start with win

Agata,

what kinds of programs are these? Have you installed them? You
have to find out first whether your computer is infected with
malware. If it is, ask again, because that requires different
measures.

If you have installed the programs, you can uninstall those you
don't want.
