New Desktop, Files list oct07

Hi
We have xp home, sp2. My wife's desktop processes a lot more slowly than
mine, and she has problems opening mail that I do not. Desktops were set up
a long time ago when I installed sp2 and there was no 'history'.

Have investigated with Yahoo, her email, to no avail. Our ISP is Comcast
and we have a cable modem hookup that works fine.

I want to setup a new desktop for her, but don't know what files to copy
so that favorites, web history, etc. are not lost. I will do this one at a
time to see if her problems are supporting file related.

Can you provide me with a 'key files' list or point me to a source of a
checklist that I can follow to try to ensure that nothing is 'lost'. Any
other helpful hints will be greatly appreciated.
