Need to extract keycode from Windows XP

I have a computer that I have to reformat. I have the Windows XP disk but
the keycode was lost a while ago and the Windows XP sticker was never placed
on the side of the computer case like it was supposed to be. Before I wipe
the harddrive clean, can I go into Windows anywhere and find out what the
keycode is for the disk?

As long as the computer still boots, you can use this program to retrieve the
installation key.
