Default Migrating from non Raid SATA to Raid 0+1 SATA

I have a small non raid sata drive and want to migrate to a raid 0+1 raid
solution with two identiacal larger drives.
My system is Mainboard: ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe; Intel 875P MCH, ICH5R, Promise
PDC20378. As far as I have been able to figurate the Promise solution is the
one for me in order to achieve Raid 0+1. If I could I would rather prefer
Raid 5 with three drives, but I haven’t been able to install the Intel
solution which provide this update to ICH5R.
Is this possible?
Regards / Tomas

Intel ICH5R controller runs only 2 SATA hds,how do you plan to run 3 SATA
drives from that...
