Microsoft NET Framework 2.0 and update KB 928365

The update with KB928365 does not work.
I have tried to uninstall Net Framework 2.0, also after Systemsafe boot, but
i can not uninstall the program.
The automatic update has now been traing to install about 10-15 times, but
it does not work.
How can i install ore prevent the triel of update the KB928365?

Would anybody pleas give me an advice.

By the way, i did ask for former qwestions and solutions, but i am afraid,
