I have a legal copy of XP pro, but lost my CD. Where can I download a copy
of the setup CD for XP Pro?

You cannot, a legal copy that is
If its a retail edition and you can provide proof of purchase then MS will
supply a replacement.
However if its OEM you have to apply to the supplier

Or if you know someone with the *exact* same version you can copy theirs &
use your key
