Have you checked the boot sequence, if so please advise as much as poss about
your set up

Are you saying that you can't accept the EULA? That you can't proceed
beyond that screen? If your keyboard has a Function Key Lock make sure
that it is locked, on some keyboards you have to lock the Function Key
before the Windows setup program begins to boot.
If that isn't your problem then please explain what exactly is happening
when you reach the stage where the installation balks.
