we only have the original action pack CD. We started the process of
replacing our PCs with new Core 2 Duo based. I found out XP pro original
action pack install CD does not install on that .
Go exception about video card . we tried with the built-in for the Intel
PR31 on board as well as the PCI express EVGA GF8500. no luck.
I heard Sp2 integrated Cd will install on a similar core 2 duo PC. However,
Microsoft Action pack people told me, XP pro is not a supported product and
I can't get replacement media through them.
is there any contact/department that I can get the media and use our
exiting product key?
or can we order a volume licence media from distributor and use our product
key? of course we still keep the total number down to below the max.
licensed PC.
